I better make sure I'm there then!! |
Except that if you do turn up, he will send Nyarlathotep* after you. Yeah, Liam, we know how you roll.

- Is there a finalized list of games being run in each session listed somewhere?
- Is the $10 discount available to NZLARPS members?
Thank you

A finalised list of games is currently being prepared and I'll post a link to it when I put it up. In the meantime, in addition to the games already listed and described here, I am promised:
Tomb of the Tiefling Empress, a good old fashioned D&D 4th ed hack and slash adventure; and
(either or both) a time travel adventure game or a comedy pirate game that both sound like loads of fun.
No, I'm afraid the discount isn't currently available to other organisations. WARGs very kindly supports the con and will help out should it fail to cover costs.
Also, new players are absolutely welcome. Come along and give it a go. |

Just sayin. |
I can just imagine Great Cthulhu banging on the ceiling with a broom and screaming "can you keep the bloody noise down? Some of us are trying to sleep!" |
My mind thinks of two things after reading these posts. Firstly, I think of Quatermass (the TV series ) https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Quatermass_%28TV_serial%29

And then I think of Zenith (200AD's cross of Nazi-derived Superheroes & Cthulhu) https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Zenith_%28comics%29
A quick question though, the starting post in this thread states that Confusion is on Saturday August 8th, but in my calendar the 8th is this coming Sunday. So um, can someone conform whether it's Saturday or Sunday ? _________________ Where do ideas come from?

You have no idea how right you are on this one, have you been reading my game notes!
Actually if my play test is anything to go by the characters will have more to worry about from each other than anything I can throw at them. Ah the joy of Roman politics.
Togas are optional!
For those that are wondering what a hunting horror is they can see one here. (click with caution, sanity may be lost as a result!) |

Togas and Cthulhu - what could possibly go wrong?
As a playtester I can heartily recommend this game as a fun, if slightly drafty, experience! _________________ Playing: Call of Cthulhu, D&D 4th ed.

You totally need to do a Roman Ithaqua adventure. |

Yes, absolutely Saturday the 7th. I had much posting and editing fail that day.
Looking forward to seeing you there. If I'm organised enough, I might even provide (some) baking. |

Also, if people are willing to bring along board games and/or want, I will be in the large gallery all day, and it will be set aside for hanging out, board-gaming.
For those of you who like the multi-tasking of handcrafts and board-gaming, come along and join in. |

Thanks for letting me know, Mike.
I've put you down for running either Fiasco or Apocalpse Now second round - assuming you make it there. |

Damn, looks like I'll miss the one D&D 4e game then, ah well. I'm sure I'll find something fun to play when I arrive for round 2.
Thanks for the list, very helpful. _________________ ~Dragonator |
