Hi everyone
There are now enough volunteers to have two games in every round... this is just over half of what is needed. Huge thanks to those people who have already volunteered.
Please, say you'll run a game. |

Hi everyone
Thanks to some wonderful people, there are now enough GMs to run two games each round. That's around half of the GMs needed.
Please volunteer to run a game.
I am happy to try and organise the timetable to accomdate GM preferences if there is a particular game you want to play in. |

Hi everyone
Apparently there are problems posting here again - I could have sworn I tried to comment twice last night!
Anyhow, thanks to some wonderful people, there are enough enough GMs to run two games each session. That's a bit over half of what's needed for the day. Four more GMs are needed.
Please step up and say you'll run something. Comment here or email me at confusion.in.wellington@gmail.com
I will try to accomodate GM preference in games you particularly want to play in. |

Kat's having trouble posting, so on her behalf... Hey GMs, CONFUSION NEEDS YOU! (Well, three or four of you anyway.)
Got a new game you want to try out? Want to meet new players and lure them into your clutches? Got a fun scenario idea for which you just need a few unwitting vic-- er, like-minded players? Planning a Kapcon or Fright Night scenario and want to take it for a spin? YOU NEED CONFUSION... and Confusion needs you!
What's in it for you? The organisers' gratitude! A supply of players to toy with at your capricious whim! Preferential treatment getting into other people's games! Volunteer to GM at Confusion and all this will be yours!
How? It's easy. Just drop a private message to nishatalitha*, or email confusion.in.wellington@gmail.com. Don't hesitate! Do it now!
* That's nishatalitha. There should be a clicky thing for her upthread. Don't PM me. I am about as organised as a cabbage. |

I will offer to run a game based on:
Fear Itself: Invasive Procedures
The kids all say Our Lady’s Hospital is haunted. You can see why, when you look at it, that big gloomy pile of staring windows and rusting beds. They should have torn the place down years ago, instead of letting it linger on like this. I’d hate to be a patient there. They send you there to die...
Players: 3-5
System: Gumshoe
See you there, if you dare! _________________ Playing: Delta Green

I will be running:
Infinite Porticos - A Stormbringer 5th edition adventure for 3 or 4 players
Swept away from disaster, the characters are thrown together in a plane of reality that may well be more dangerous than that they have just escaped!
While not necessary, having some knowledge of the Stormbringer game (as published by Chaosium) and Moorcock's Elric Saga would make my life a bit easier

And here's mine:
These Beasts Have Maiden Faces
An Agon adventure for 3-4 players
Poseidon, the Earth-Shaker, is angry. Your return from the Trojan War to your homes in Greece has never been smooth, but rarely on your journey have you seen such storms as this. The fair Ismene, daughter of Poseidon’s servant King Alector, has been abducted by dark winged Celaeno, the harpy. Adding insult to injury, Celaeno has transformed Ismene into a foul harpy herself. The Earth-Shaker’s fury knows no bounds, and he commands you to free Ismene and bring her home, restored to her former beauty.
A game of myth, wonder and epic level smack talk.
I will also bring A Taste for Murder, a shared narrative game in which the players create a 1930s country house murder mystery a la Agatha Christie. |

Anyone planning to play Fiasco, if there's a particular playset you want to try: let me know and I'll add it to the selection I'm bringing.
Personally, I would like to try one of these:
- Manna Hotel (Twin Peaks style oddness)
- Fiasco High School/Regina's Wedding (kinder, gentler fiascos)
- All the Damn Time (crazy time travel scenario, where you are all the same person at different points in the timeline) _________________ Games: http://genericgames.co.nz/

I'll run up to three Shadowrun games depending on whether enough people want to play in them
SRM03-08 Firestorm
It's the Easy Ones that Get You
If you've survived enough runs, you know that the ones that sound easy
are the ones that get you. And what could be easier than recovering a
runaway drone?
As it turns out, plenty. The drone is acting strangely--strange enough
that two megacorporations are interested in its fate. And there are
others, who are no fans of the megacorps, who have got the scent of
what's going on as well. The chase for the drone is putting a lot of
people on a crash course, and when they collide, guns are going to come
out. Can you survive the crossfire?
Firestorm continues the Manhattan series of Missions, giving the players
a chance to get in deeper with some of the major powers of New
York--assuming they live long enough.
SRM03-12 Elevator Ride to Hell
The End Is Nigh
You’ve had quite a time in the Rotten Apple—you’ve seen some weird
people, done some strange things, and made some narrow escapes.
Hopefully you’ve made some friends, and most likely you’ve made some
enemies. But a strong wind getting ready to blow through town, and it
just might take you away with it. Just make sure you leave alive.
Elevator Ride to Hell concludes the Manhattan series of Missions, giving
the Big Apple a dramatic sendoff. So jump on, press the “close door”
button, and get ready for a ride that might hurdle clever runners to the
peak of Manhattan fame—or slam them to the ground in a burning, wrecked hulk.
Elevator Ride to Hell is for use with Shadowun, Twentieth Anniversary
Edition.
SRM04-00 Back in Business
Welcome Home
It’s a simple job: find a missing girl. Of course, nothing is ever
simple in the shadows, and a whole lot of people seem to be interested
in this job for one reason or another.
Welcome to Season Four of the Missions Campaign, which returns home to the Emerald Sprawl, Seattle. Biz is good as a political fight is brewing
to determine the fate of the vast Ork Underground, and everyone seems to be fighting over the mysterious artifacts flowing into the city. If
you’re going to get through this, remember the basics: Shoot straight,
watch your back, and never, ever deal with a dragon. Oh, and collect a
hefty payday along the way! _________________ -=Mon Canard est en feu!=- |
