Something that I have never seen addressed before is that a hurdle to GMing arises where you have had a blinder of a Kapcon. When you have a good experience at Kapcon, you often psyche yourself out by expecting better or even just the same the next year. I have suffered from this twice and I know a few others who also found this to be an issue.
One way to avoid this as a GM is to evolve your Kapcon experience. Try something a little different or new the following year. This moves your experience laterally and at the same time broaden your options and style for following years. _________________ Playing: Doomstones (WFRP2e); Shades of Terra (Exalted: Dragonblooded)
