Notes? What notes?

One year I am tempted to put in a half page of handwritten notes into the SDC Smile

A whole half page? LUXURY!

You young kids today with your half-bits of paper! Back in my day you had to explain your scenario through interpretive dance!

We were real men in those days. Not you namby-pamby long-haired hippy literates...

Actually, I think that was just you with your interpretive dance... No one else did that Wink

Hey is it still $10 for GMs if I pay at the door on Saturday (rather than put money in the Kapcon account)?

I think it's $15, but I might be wrong.

From the website, in regard to players:

Quote:
To gain the benefit of the pregistered player rates you must have both pre-registered and paid prior to January 14th 2008. Any registrations recieved after this date or which are not paid by this date, will be charged at the door at the Full Registration price.

However, I believe GMs pay $10 no matter what.

That makes sense to me and was what I understood it to be before looking more closely at the website.

So, they need to reword the website Smile

Just as a warning, the cut off was 14 January as Idiot who normally checks the bank account before the Con is away now. As such, you may still be required to pay an additional $5, though this will be over to the organisers.

I'm pretty sure someone else was going to check it at some point between now and then. If I miss out, though ... <shrug>

They might but when I spoke to Idiot last weekend, he mentioned that the reason I just gave for the early cut off. He is normally the only one to check the bank account.

In past years, Kapcon has been flexible and is likely to be so again this year. But with Idiot not being there it isn't a certainty.

It all really depends on how much time I get between now and then to check.

We miss I/S already

I paid for players rates for two days (cos i thought I may chicken out of running a game) - so happy to split up my extra's amongst the shortpayers of 5 dollarzzz..

..on the other hand its only $5, can't even get one beer in a pub for that now

Sad

..actually do we break even on these things, do we have retained earnings and is there room for a $3000 accounting fee in the annual budget???
