new 10% discount code
http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/amex11?a_aid=code

You have to come via this link if you wish to use the coupon code (otherwise the box to enter the code wont appear).
Then just enter the code AMEX11 in the basket when you begin to checkout.

Another vote of confidence for Book Depository here. I've been using them for technical books for a few years now, no issues. I've only recently noticed they sell non-fiction books...

Yep - they rule. I got philosophy books (a present) that I've been unable to find anywhere else, for a reasonable price!

I sent Book Depository links to family for gift ideas. Their prices can't be beat in NZ and books are books... Shipping times take about 8-10 days so far.

Yeah I don't feel too guilty. I'm amazed (and disgusted) by how much retailers charge for books in NZ, especially after coming back from the UK.

Not to mention that for a few years, the only way to get roleplaying books in Wellington was via mail order, second hand, or by trying the often very expensive, rarely restocked Graphix.

But no, it wasn't we who destroyed REDgroup, it was the overambitious expansion just before the cashflow dried up.

Cheers
