Has there ever been discussion of having a For Sale/Trade forum? In other forums I'm a member of they are generally quite successful, even if just to draw attention to things selling on trademe.

If I had an RPG book, I'd much rather throw it on here and know that it's going to a good home.

So yeah. Discuss!

I would be very interested. Especially as blimmin' Trademe is a nightmare to search for games - "roleplaying" listed under "toys" rather than "gaming" and a large proportion of RPGs therefore end up being listed under "gaming - other" or "gaming - wargames".

Or worse, you look at roleplaying, and you see little kitchen sets, and little dress-up-as-batman outfits, but little if any 'role-playing game' material...

I assume you mean 'Resources' ... and I can't see it on the main page?

ctrl-f later: Any chance it could be moved to a grouping of it's own or something other than 'Society' (which I associate with what else is in there currently) ???

Contray to popular belief I don't spell check things unless its work related, so if I missed an "R", I really won't lose sleep over it.

Where do you suggest it go, because I associate it with being a "Society" thing and I do not think it really warrants its own catagory as I think its in the right one... Though I should alphatise that section...

Anyway, I have to go back to work... I look foward to your suggestion.

I look at Society, and then see WARGS, AMERICA, VUWGC, SAGA and the Game Designer's Cabal - which are all groups of people. It doesn't seem to fit with them being something that isn't a group of people...

...I'd personally lump it in with General Chat and relabel the category as 'General' - and find a moderator for it too.

Put a vote up and see what the folks thinks then, It's their call in the end I guess. As for a Moderator, we have one... His handle is Duck...
