Yes! Saturday 13 August.

My apologies - I booked the venue and then forgot to tell anyone. Usual post with details to come.

If you would like to run at a game at Confusion 9, please send me a private message or otherwise let me know.

Okay, have skimmed my notes from last year. And thus:

For those who havn't attended before it is a fantastic day of gaming involving 3 rounds of roleplaying and a whole lot of boardgaming.

It is a fun and relaxed gaming convention with tea and coffee provided (and I can possibly be convinced to bake).

Saturday 13 August

Registration: 9.30am 10.00am
Round One: 10.0am 1.00pm
LUNCH
Round Two: 2.00pm 5.00pm
DINNER
Round Three: 6.00pm 9.00pm(ish)

Cost: to be confirmed, but probably the same as last year.

So please come along and join the rest of us having a great day of gaming.

Boardgamers: if there are any of you out there who would like to bring some boardgames along for people to play, please feel free. I'll probably bring Aye, Dark Overlord.

A small LARP third round is also a possibility, if someone is interested in running one.

As above, if you're interested in running anything, PM me, email me at confusion.in.wellington@gmail.com or post here (I will be keeping an eye on all of them).

Mike Sands has already volunteered to run Monster of the Week (and will bring along Fiasco).

I should have my Kapcon "Agon" game -- a game of Greek heroes, foul harpies, and smack talk in arduously prolix dactylic hexameter.

I'm thinking of running CASE LAMBENT WITCH for the Laundry, but I need to playtest first.

My other option is to run "The Devil's Brood" in the evening.

All that sounds fantastic. Thank you both - your names are on my list now.

Idiot, if you do end up running "The Devil's Brood", I'm sure I can get someone to look after the desk for the evening round.

I guess that settles it then.

Hi,

Is there likely to be a reduced price for just one or two sessions?

Yes.

$15 for all three sessions,
$5 a session if you want only want to attend one or two.

There won't be a discount for WARGs members this year, as the exec are reassessing and need to meet and decide what will happen with the club. I won't be taking any memberships on their behalf, either.

Hi everyone

Still looking for more wonderful volunteers to run games. There's only six weeks or so to go.

Hi everyone

I have just sent out the annual email begging people to GM for confusion to everyone I have the email address for. If I don't have your email address, please don't feel excluded - I would still love you to GM.

If you've ever been vaguely interested in running a game and would like to give it a go, this is your opportunity.

Just comment here or email me at confusion.in.wellington@gmail.com

Thanks
Katrina
