This is less than two weeks away now. Who's planning on standing for committee positions? Any items of general business?

Currently the General Business is standing at:
- accepting the BoD report which may or may not be finished in time, due to unavailability of Committee members until 45 minutes prior to the AGM (so we table the motion to accept the report once its finished instead)
- Voting in new members for next years Committee
- - President
- - Secretary
- - Treasurer
- - Whip (are we able to can this position yet?)
- - Quartermaster
- - Publications
(Your club needs YOU!)
- Discuss potential for Pottles of Dice, see if there is enough support to have it
- Lockers will be discussed in the prior meeting, we may bring it up - what do we want to do with the horde of dragon magazines

We don't have any gritty, hard core business to discuss. No constitutional changes, nothing really nasty. Should be all over in 30-50 minutes.
Remember kids, date is 17th August, 6pm, Lower Common Room in the UCSA.

Whip is officially gone - the constitution changes abolishing it have been filed.

Can someone not write it on their own? What sort of document are you preparing. Also, since when did a report have to be tabled at the AGM? Last year we did it at a committee meeting. You just have to make sure the numbers are in the Financial report.

Remember: push push and don't let it get sidetracked by legalism Smile

sarah burgess - publications
Robert Lawry - Treasurer
Mark Berry - Quartermaster

Yeah it was an exciting election and all, the only contested role was quartermaster. That will be all.
