Rename kapCon 22 forum?

Rather than make a new one, can we just rename it this year to KapCon 23, and edit the description to be 2014?

Previously a new forum is made every year and threads moved across. We could just create a general Kapcon forum and leave everything in the one place.

It would save a certain amount of faffing about 'is this K22 feedback or K23 suggestions' kind of stuff. But it might make it harder to find the previous years' 'cool moments' and photos threads for nostalgia purposes.

I can also rename threads that are specific to a particular year with "[Kapcon XX] Thread Title" as needed.

Its only worth doing for the important stuff that people will want to find again (larp ideas / debate, photos, first-round games etc)
